The first service to be suspended on Sunday morning, November 3, was the route from Sallins/Naas to Adamstown as the 9.10am Heuston-Waterford train was forced to stop just outside Hazelhatch. This was followed by an update which confirmed that a "tragic incident" had taken place on the line and a warning for passengers to expect delays and changes to the schedule due to services being suspended.Services have resumed through Hazelhatch station, though some services will face delays and alterations as a result of the earlier stoppage.The 8am Galway-Heuston service will terminate in Kildare. The 11.40am Heuston-Galway service will start from Kildare as a result. The 08.
