TicketCo Digital Assistant, the Irish arm of the Norwegian ticket seller, saw its deficit almost treble to €121,261 in 2025. The company, which sells tickets for League of Ireland clubs and other events, received a €50,000 loan from its parent and held over €124,000 in cash by year-end, with directors expressing confidence in its going concern status.
TicketCo Digital Assistant, the Irish subsidiary of the Norwegian-owned TicketCo group, reported a significant increase in its deficit for 2025. The company's loss nearly tripled to €121,261 from €46,762 in the previous year, reflecting challenging trading conditions.
The firm provides online ticket sales services for several League of Ireland football clubs, including Bohemians and Cork City, as well as for other sporting and entertainment events across Ireland. During 2025, the parent company TicketCo AS provided a €50,000 loan to the Irish operation, which with accrued interest grew to a total liability of €55,094 by year-end. Despite the losses, the Irish company maintained cash reserves of €124,561 as of December 31, 2025.
The business employed two people at the end of the year. The accounts confirm that TicketCo AS fully owns the Irish subsidiary. The directors, led by Carl-Erik Michalsen Moberg who co-founded the Norwegian group and is the ultimate beneficial owner of TicketCo AS, have expressed confidence in the company's future. They stated there is no material uncertainty regarding the company's ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due and to continue operating as a going concern.
The financials indicate that while the deficit widened, the business still had sufficient liquidity to support its ongoing operations at the end of the reporting period
