Despite finding the game 'just so much craic', Anna admitted she was 'devastated' to leave and miss out on the £120,000 prize. An Irishwoman eliminated from BBC game show The Traitors admitted she was "devastated to leave" and miss out on the £120,000 prize.
She said today: "It was recorded ages ago, so watching it back, even when I was about to get eliminated, I was like, 'Oh my god I hope they don’t pick me'. Obviously it’s devastating to leave because the game is actually just so fun. It looks really stressful and tense when you're in there, which obviously it is, but it's just so much craic. When you leave you're like, 'Oh my God, I can't believe that. I could do this every day'.
Viewers have shared their thoughts online that the show looked quite stressful on screen and Anna admitted it was "really intense". The show format means contestants must accuse each other of being a traitor. Anna, who hopes to work in the sustainable fashion industry, thinks she was an "easy candidate" and suspected her rivals would "throw her under the bus". She added that people got "a little bit neurotic" and said: "Everyone is throwing every name out on the table. That is bad news for the traitors because it is more likely for their name to come up."
