A super-slimming mum-of-two lost four stone and kept it off and now she’s helping the nation battle the bulge.
She lost the weight in eight months and has kept it off over the last 10 years and now with, The Academy Masterplan, she’s inspiring others to do the same. Understanding that the one thing overweight people had in common was the fact they couldn’t cook, the dynamic duo came up with a new concept and The Academy Masterplan was born.
She added: “What I found in my weight management work, people would follow a diet or a plan for six weeks and when the time was up they’d go back to whatever they were doing before.”She added: “They become excited about food again, I always tell people we have to eat at least three times a day for the rest of our lives and as women we often have to cook many of those meals so we may as well get people excited about it.
