“Momosan is a very personal restaurant for me as this is the type of food that reminds me of my childhood in Hiroshima,” Morimoto said in a press release.
The first Momosan in California is noodle-focused but also highlights yakitori-style grilled dishes. Most dishes are priced at $20 or less, except for a Peking duck offering and ramen bowls with additional add-ons. The 90-seat restaurant will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
