Coronation Street 's Claire Sweeney has sparked a wave of nostalgia with her recent return to a place that holds special significance for her.
Following her stint on Brookside, Claire's career flourished with numerous TV roles and presenting gigs, alongside a successful theatre career featuring performances in productions such as Guys and Dolls, Legally Blonde, Educating Rita and various pantomimes. In an emotional video, Claire shared her nostalgia: "So I just came out for a drive with my mum, and I'm driving to West Derby and so I decided to swing by here. Look where I am! Look at that. Brookside Close. It must be about 7 years of my life I spent driving down here."
Claire continued her walk down memory lane: "Oh my god, the scenes I've done on this front doorstep. Feels really nostalgic. This was the Dixons over there, the history of this place. I just can't believe it. This was the Grants house, this trip is so nostalgic.
