Dr Hilary surprised viewers as he celebrated a milestone birthday
ITV viewers have been left in disbelief after finding out Dr Hilary Jones' real age, as he celebrated a milestone birthday on Good Morning Britain and Lorraine. The star was on our screens yesterday morning but fans are shocked to find out how old the doctor and presenter is.
Dr Jones was born in 1953 and turned 70. Speaking to his colleagues, he said: “Fantastic. Looking forward to my next marathon. 98 was the oldest man who ran the marathon so there’s life in the old dog yet.”Professor Jonathan Van-Tam, former deputy chief medical officer for England, also left a video message. He told Dr Hilary: “You’ve been a great communicator on the subject of health for many years, and you’re a great colleague during the pandemic. Have a wonderful day.
