International Workplace Group (IWG) is opening a new flexible workspace building in Donnybrook, Dublin 4.
The company, which operates through brands such as Space and Regus, said the move is in response to growing demand for hybrid working.
"We are delighted to welcome such high-calibre tenants to Donnybrook House," said Derek Poppinga, Managing Director, MM Capital. "The presence of our other new tenant, Giraffe Childcare is equally significant, reflecting the building's adaptability to house a diverse range of services." It recently opened REGUS in Clonakilty at West Cork Business & Technology Park as well Spaces in Dublin Airport Central.
