In a video shared on their Twitter account, host Declan Donnelly said: "Jack Grealish. What do you about Jack Grealish for next year?" Colleague Ant McPartlin replied: "I think Jack Grealish will be very, very good." 39-time England international Grealish said: "Hey guys, Jack here. I’ve heard that a few of you guys want to see me in the jungle. I can’t lie, it is something that I’d absolutely love to do. It’s a show that I’ve watched, you know, for years since I was little. And, yeah, a show that I love.
Ant could barely believe his ears and said: "Oh my god. Jack Grealish! We love you Jack," before him and Dec then broke into a rendition of: "We love you Grealish, we do."There have been a number of footballing stars to swap their shinpads for explorer boots throughout the show's tenure. Ex-Lioness Jill Scott won the series back in 2022, while Harry Redknapp has also been crowned King of the Jungle.
