EXCLUSIVE: Ghost hunting with a Hollywood star like Jack Osbourne is all in a day's work for self-confessed 'ghost botherer', speaker, writer and podcast host, Dr Kate Cherrell
The cemetery with her grandad was a local haunt for Dr Kate Cherrell, 33, when she was a little girl so it's understandable that she spends her days consumed by all things spooky - with ghost hunting alongside Jack Osbourne just part of everyday life.
Exploring with the son of Sharon Osbourne and Ozzy Osbourne, Dr Kate admitted that Jack is a keen ghoul hunter who sought out his most haunted childhood locations to investigate with her."I recently spent around a month hunting for ghosts with Jack Osbourne at his mansion in Buckinghamshire for a show called Haunted Homecomings and he’s one of the best ghost hunters I’ve ever met. He's also excellent company and a really nice, normal bloke.
"You have to remain level headed with paranormal investigating. Most people are going in ready to be scared but what freaks people out about the idea of ghosts is things that they haven't even seen or heard. It's things that are happening inside their own heads. "I've had a few times where I've seen someone's hair being pulled and lifted up and I've had strange experiences as a child that would fit more in with the harmful Poltergeist territory. However, I have never seen anything as an adult that couldn't be rationally explained. I've never seen things flying around the room, the undead rising up and hordes of zombies coming through the door.
