The England international fended off competition from the likes of Pedri, Eduardo Camavinga and Xavi Simons to scoop the award, and paid tribute to his family in his acceptance speech. His speech was then cut off by the big screen, however, with Musiala - who was runner-up for the award - sending Bellingham a message.
