'Painful' charges against Donald Trump 'show the rule of law still works' - James Comey.

A former director of the FBI has said he doesn't take any pleasure in the difficulties faced by Donald Trump.in May 2017, after ordering an investigation into possible Russian interference in the 2016 US election.

"It's painful as a country that we have to show that that's necessary, and to contemplate the future where we may have one of the two candidates for president potentially be incarcerated at the time he's running for office.Mr Comey recalls being asked by Mr Trump to pledge his loyalty to him, one week into his presidency.
