James Corden delivers emotional monologue after Texas elementary school shooting that killed at least 21
James Corden shared his sense of heartbreak over the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. After 19 children and two teachers were killed on Tuesday, the 43-year-old addressed the 'unfathomable' tragedy on the Late Late Show.
'The thought of that phone call — that your child is the victim in a mass shooting — is beyond comprehension as a human being,' he stated. The actor, who moved to Los Angeles in 2015, went on to ask: 'I don't know what has to happen to change things here'. He also expressed frustration over how nothing ever seems to change when it comes to America's rampant gun violence.
