Former footballing ace turned sporting pundit Jamie Redknapp has showed off his impressive dad bod after turning 50 last month, as he soaked up the sun alongside his wife Frida Andersson on a well deserved family holiday.
In the adorable images, Jamie could be seen carrying his young son Raphael, one, as they enjoyed a day out on a sandy beach, meanwhile Frida showcased her own phenomenal figure in a red two piece bikini as she made the most of the family getaway. Staying at the Sandy Lane Hotel's beach in Barbados, both Jamie and Frida had a wealth of possibilities at their disposal to unwind, with everything from golf courses to dreamy beach terraces on hand to help them soak up the Caribbean sunshine.
The latest getaway is the third taken by Jamie and Frida in recent months, after the couple were spotted enjoying a holiday in Spain back in April, and a trip to the Maldives at the start of the year.
