'It's a nightmare, an absolute living nightmare'
Jay Slater's heartbroken mother has spoken of her 'living nightmare' and says she wished she'd told her son not to go to Tenerife before he went missing.
"I wouldn't wish this on anybody. I want my baby back," she said as she broke down in tears. "It's a nightmare, an absolute living nightmare. Jay, who had travelled to the island to attend the NRG Festival, last spoke to his friend Lucy at around 8am on Monday, telling her that his phone was going to die, he needed a drink of water and had no idea where he was.
