Jeremy Clarkson's Meghan Markle article being investigated by IPSO after 25k complaints
Jeremy Clarkson's highly-controversial article about Meghan Markle in The Sun newspaper is set to be investigated.
The Independent Press Standards Organisation have announced they have launched an investigation into the former Top Gear star's piece in the publication after it received more than 25,100 complaints.The column was removed by the publisher following uproar from the public. As well as saying he "hated" the Duchess of Sussex on a "cellular level", Clarkson said: "At night, I’m unable to sleep as I lie there, grinding my teeth and dreaming of the day when she is made to parade naked through the streets of every town in Britain while the crowds chant ‘Shame!’ and thrown lumps of excrement at her.
