Airport border force strike action begins today
Jet2 has urged travellers to be prepared for slightly longer wait times than usual as airport border force strike action begins.
However, Jet2 has asked international travellers, who need to have their passports checked, to be prepared for waits potentially taking 'a little longer than usual', reports the Echo. A Jet2 statement said: "We just wanted to remind you that there are planned Border Force strikes taking place from Wednesday 1st February until Thursday 2nd February 2023 at 07:00 . All our flights are planned to operate as normal.
"You don't need to take any action, we will continue to update you if there are any further changes or updates."
