Jim Joyce, the former chief executive at HealthBeacon, has stepped down as a non-executive director at the company.
Joyce announced late last month that he was stepping down as chief executive at the troubled digital therapeutics company but had said he’d remain as a non-executive director. His resignation took effect from Friday last, the company said in a statement to the stock market late on Monday.
