President Joe Biden’s supreme court justice nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson was the topic of discussion. The candidate attended a confirmation hearing today but Kimmel highlights how racist some members of congress can be.
At the hearing senator, Lindsey Graham stepped out ahead of the proceedings and rambled off a bunch of talking points, one including comparison of Justice Kavanaugh to Bill Cosby. Graham also mentioned that Brown will not receive the same type of interrogation that Kavanaugh did, but Kimmel disagrees that nothing should be different.
