Joey Essex shares gruesome injury after 'slicing finger' days into DancingonIce training
Joey, 32, was announced to be hitting the ice last week, with the popular skating show returning to screens in the New Year.
Joey’s since sliced his finger open during training, but it appears as if it hasn’t affected the TV star’s excitement. People have since shared words of encouragement to Joey in a bid to not let the accident deter him from pursuing his Dancing On Ice journey. Discussing his injury, Joey took to his Instagram Story where he sad: "So today was my first day training with a professional before I get put with my professional partner. It went well but the first two days are just getting on the ice, seeing what we can do.
The star was clad in a pair of electric blue leggings, which she paired with a white puffer jacket and trainers for the day at Alexandra Palace in North London.“Hi guys, today is the first day on the ice! Do I look the part? I can't wait to get on the ice and skate,” she said to the camera before blowing a kiss.
