We kindly advise if you have a specific condition, or injury or are currently pregnant to please make your instructor aware at the beginning of the event and they can tailor the movements specifically for you.Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. As we have very limited availability for these events, transferring your space to a different date is not possible.
