Sweathouse: The New and Ancient Irish Sauna TraditionRebecca Holland is the founder of Health with Holland, where she helps women get their sleep back, regulate their nervous systems, and build habits that actually stick. Becca’s approach is rooted in her own experience. For years, she followed generic health advice, training harder, eating less, pushing through, and ended up exhausted, unable to lose weight, and waking at 3am most nights.
It wasn’t until after having her twins that she recognised her nervous system had been under chronic stress for years, and that no amount of willpower or “doing things by the book” would work until she addressed that root cause. That realisation reshaped her entire approach: working with the body instead of against it.
Today, Becca is a single mother running her business while raising five-year-old twins, which keeps her work grounded in what’s realistic for a busy, real life — not just what looks good in theory. She holds an MSc in Health Education and a BSc in Physical Education, along with additional training in circadian health, nervous system regulation, behaviour change, and female physiology.
She has coached thousands of women through some of their most frustrating health years, with a particular focus on tackling the nervous system piece head-on so that healthy habits can actually stick. Becca shares her work through the Health with Holland newsletter , her podcast, and programs including the Rebalance Membership and her six-week “Switch Off” programme.
