Man arrested over shooting at home of UFC star Jorge Masvidal
Local police responded to a shooting incident at Jorge Masvidal’s house in Miami on Thursday afternoon.
The Miami-Dade Police Department arrived at the UFC superstar’s residence at 3pm local time to find a man receiving medical assistance after being shot in his ‘upper extremities’.revealed the victim was conscious when he was transported to the hospital and able to provide a full account of what had happened.
Detective Chris Thomas said: “According to the victim, he was involved in an argument that escalated when the subject produced a firearm and shot him.“All occupants of the residence exited the home where units took the subject into custody without incident. The relationship between all parties on scene has not been confirmed, however, all parties know each other.
“The listed owner of the residence is Jorge Masvidal Jr. He was not present during the incident and did not have any involvement.” As of right now, an official confirmation on the identities of the shooter and victim has not been made butLocal police arrived at Masvidal's home at 3pm local time on ThursdayMost read in MMA
