Paddy Kearney, a Northern Ireland developer, is suing Davy and 16 former executives at the stockbroker
Former Davy employees have been unsuccessful in an attempt to have a High Court case taken against them by a developer struck out.
In a judgment issued today, Mr Justice Michael Twomey said the “possibility of clandestine activity” on the part of the defendants who brought the application existed and that a lack of candour by Davy may be concealing evidence which could come to light at trial.
