Judge dismisses weapons charge against Kyle Rittenhouse as closing arguments begin.
Judge Bruce Schroeder dismissed one count of illegal possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

The defense discovered what was essentially an error in the legislation, that Kyle Rittenhouse cannot violate a law that only applies to someone under 16.”He isin the slaying of Anthony Huber, 26, and reckless homicide in the death of Joseph Rosenbaum, 36.
