Judge Alec Gabbett made the order at the Family Law Court after Mairead Doyle, solicitor for the children’s mother, branded the young children busking on the streets of their local town as ‘shocking’
A judge has ordered that a father not bring his eight and six-year-old children busking in their local town during his access time with them.
READ MORE: Barbie Kardashian 'anxious to proceed' with trial but further remanded in custody due to personnel 'difficulties' Judge Gabbett told Ms Doyle that the father might have a licence for busking and Ms Doyle replied: “I doubt it - because he hasn’t a licence for anything.”In response, the father said that busking locally was his daughter’s idea and it was a ‘great’ experience on the day for everyone concerned.
During a seven-hour access with their father, Ms Doyle said that the children are being fed a mix of rice cakes and Taytos. However, the father rejected the ‘no-food’ claims, stating that he regularly cooks pasta and burritos for the children, remarking, “they love what I cook for them”.
