A judge wrote a heart-breaking letter to brothers stuck in the middle of their parents’ custody battle.

Their parents had disagreed about where the boys should live, with the mum wanting to move them to her house in Somerset.

Judge John McKendrick decided the boys should stay in London last August, but has now made his ruling public. ‘Your dad asked me to decide that things should stay as they are. That you spend one week with him and the other week with your mum in London. Dad wants you to go to schools in London.
