The sale of The Square shopping centre in Tallaght , Ireland, by Oaktree has been delayed due to objections from one of the lender's to the further discount on the already heavily-discounted guide price. Oaktree purchased the centre for €250 million in 2019 and put it on the market for €170 million last year. Bids for the scheme have come in between €120 million and €125 million, significantly lower than the original purchase price.
