Klopp is said to be the the German Football Association ’s dream choice to replace FlickKlopp was born in Stuttgart – managing Bundesliga clubs Mainz and Borussia Dortmund before he joined Liverpool in 2015 –.
But his agent Marc Kosicke has dismissed reports that Klopp could be tempted into leaving Liverpool to take charge of Germany for Euro 2024, pointing towards his contract with the Reds, which does not expire until 2026. ‘Jurgen has a long-term contract with Liverpool and is not available for the national coaching position,’ Kosicke told German outlet Sportschau.
Klopp has enjoyed plenty of success since his arrival at Anfield eight years ago, guiding Liverpool to glory in the Champions League, Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, Super Cup and Club World Cup.
