CLEVELAND, Ohio - The jury started deliberating Thursday morning in the trial for a woman accused of beating an elderly Navy veteran to death inside an East Cleveland AuoZone.
Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Judge Deena Calabrese is presiding over the trial which began March 7. Tiffany Gardner, 40, is facing charges of aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and felonious assault.East Cleveland police said Leonard Craddock, 70, was killed on April 14, 2021 at the AutoZone in the 15000 block of Euclid Avenue.East Cleveland police said Gardner and Craddock got into an argument inside the store. It is not clear if they knew each other.
