The jury in the Detective Garda Colm Horkan murder trial have been discharged – with a new one to be sworn in this afternoon.
Stephen Silver, of Foxford, County Mayo, is accused of murdering Detective Garda Colm Horkan, who was shot dead in Castlerea, County Roscommon in June 2020.
The jurors were shown maps and photos of the various locations relevant to the investigation into the murder of Detective Garda Colm Horkan.
