After his arrest for Driving While Intoxicated in the Hamptons, Justin Timberlake's mugshot has been released by the Sag Harbor police department
The star was arrested early on Tuesday morning for allegedly Driving While Intoxicated in Sag Harbor in the Hamptons. Justin reportedly ran a stop sign and was seen "swerving" as he drove.
Sources in law enforcement told TMZ that the Sexyback singer was "glassy-eyed" and the police smelled alcohol on his breath. He also apparently failed the field sobriety test where he was unable to walk and turn and balance on one leg. The Suffolk County District Attorney issued a statement on Tuesday morning that read: "On June 18, 2024, Justin Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor for Driving While Intoxicated. He will be arraigned in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court this morning. At this time, we have no further comment."
