Olesen and Everton will hope to bounce back from their opening day defeat when they return to WSL action against Leicester City this weekend
When Everton boss Brian Sorensen sat down to give his first pre-match conference of the season last week, there was one player he was particularly eager to to talk about.
Last weekend, Sorensen handed the teenager yet another debut - this time in the Women's Super League . The midfielder does, however, take the plaudits directed her way with a pinch of salt. "I just like to play football and see how far that can take me," she said. "I’ve never really thought of it as a job. I’ve just always been trying to be as good I as possibly be." “I was there for three years before moving to Everton," she said. "Everything is just about football and school so it was very focused. Everyone there is very kind and sweet and wants to help you improve so it's a great environment to learn in but also to have a good time."
