Kate has been vocal about the "power of nature" in providing support and maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual health. For the first time, she referred to herself as being in remission since her diagnosis last February and subsequent treatment. She also shared how she is adapting to a "new normal" but is optimistic about a "fulfilling year ahead."
Feeling a sense of relief, the princess shared her positive progress by saying: "It is a relief to now be in remission and I remain focussed on recovery.
