Princess of Wales joined the Prince of Wales, King Charles and the Queen Consort to greet representatives from Commonwealth countries at Buckingham Palace
Kate Middleton joined the Royal Family to host Commonwealth leaders at a reception at Buckingham Palace on Saturday 17 September afternoon.
Princess Anne, 72, and the Earl of Wessex, 58, also attended this afternoon's lunch for the governors-general of the Commonwealth nations at Buckingham Palace.The governors-general of Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, the Bahamas, Belize, Canada, Grenada, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the Solomon Islands and Tuvalu were among those present.
It’s been a busy day so far for Prince William who joined the King to greet mourners queuing to pay their respects to the Queen this morning. William and Kate were speaking with troops from the Commonwealth, who are taking part in the late monarch’s funeral, at Army Training Centre Pirbright in Surrey.
