Jamie Love is charged with murder, whilst his mother Suzanne Love and another man Reece Oliver are charged with assisting and offender and aiding and abetting a breach of bail
A woman allegedly beaten to death by her partner in east Belfast lay undiscovered for up to six days, a court heard.
Suzanne Love, 43, of Isoline Street in Belfast, and 22-year-old friend Reece Oliver, from Castleton Avenue in the city have been jointly charged with assisting an offender and aiding and abetting a breach of bail. “She was not breathing and cold, he believed she had been beaten,” an investigating detective inspector said.
“There had been an attack on Kathryn which was sustained and all focused on her head, due to the amount of blood and the distribution of it in the room,” the detective added.In an initial account, she claimed the three accused attended the Madrid Street address and found Ms Parton crying but uninjured.Two bloodied footprints found at the scene matched footwear recovered at Ms Love’s house, according to police. They had allegedly been washed and put out to dry in the sun.
