Ireland underage star Lauryn McCabe hopes to follow in the footsteps of her older sister Katie
Lauryn McCabe, the highly-rated younger sister of Ireland captain Katie McCabe, has taken a big step in her bid to emulate the Arsenal star.
Last weekend she made her third appearance for Women's League of Ireland side Bohemians' Under-19s - when they played against her former side Shamrock Rovers. Bohs won the game 2-0 at Rovers' Roadstone Academy headquaters, where former Kilmanagh AFC prospect McCabe progressed through the Hoops underage ranks.

She started in a 3-1 win at home to Finn Harps and was in the first-11 again last Sunday when Bohs saw off Rovers 2-0 to maintain their 100 percent start to the season.She was prolific for Rovers at Under-17s level and scored EIGHT goals in one of her last games for the Hoops. That incredible tally came in a 14-0 win over Finn Harps.
