The journey could be the subject of Katie Price's next show
The former glamour model, 45, has made no secret in recent years that she's keen to have a sixth kid with her on-off partner Carl Woods. The couple started dating in 2020, before getting engaged the following year, but have split and got back together multiple times since.
Speaking of the exciting TV development, a source told The Sun: "Katie is thrilled to be embarking on this journey. She loves babies and has made no secret of the fact she has wanted another one for ages. The insider added: "Katie will capture the highs and lows of her surrogacy journey on camera, and she knows her fans will want to see it all.Katie has previously admitted that she had been "trying to get pregnant for ages" and despite not having much luck in conceiving, she was open to IVF or surrogacy.
She also said in an interview with Netmums in 2020: "I am trying ! If not, I would do a surrogate - obviously with Carl’s bits and my bits. IVF is another option we're looking at because we have been trying for ages and it's just not happening, so we have gone down the IVF route.”
