Kawasaki disease is a condition that can affect any child, and prompt and correct treatment is imperative for a full recovery, as the star opened up on her son Ronnie's diagnosis
Mrs Hinch shared the heartbreaking news that her son Ronnie, who is only three years old, has been given the rare diagnosis of Kawasaki disease today, Monday 19 June.
The toddler's neck also started to swell up, which prompted a panicked response from the mum-of-two, who also shares son Lennie, two, with her husband Jamie Hinchliffe. The condition causes blood vessels to become inflamed and swollen, which can also lead to complications in the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart.
