Kaye, 59, has opened up about her journey on Instagram
Kaye Adams says that her early exit from Strictly Come Dancing made her 'long-held insecurities' worse - for a few weeks at least.
In the post to her 150K followers, Kaye wrote: "So first of all, huge congratulations to all four finalists last night. Every one of them had earned the right to pick up that Glitterball. "But, what the hell was I expecting? Strictly is an incredible TV show made by incredible people but its purpose is to entertain mass audiences not to heal personal wounds. That has to be down to me.
