Kendrick Lamar swept the 2025 Grammy Awards , including five wins for “Not Like Us.” Following his feud with Drake, the Compton rapper's hit diss track took home Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance, and Best Music Video. Next weekend, Lamar will headline the Super Bowl LIX halftime show. 'First and foremost, all praise to the most high,' Lamar told the Grammys audience during his acceptance speech for Record of the Year.
At the pre-show presentation, producer DJ Mustard accepted the awards in the rap category on Lamar’s behalf. “Kendrick Lamar, one of the greatest artists of all time,” Mustard said during his acceptance speech. “He performed his ass off on that song, didn’t he?”Lamar was technically up for seven nominations this year. He competed against himself for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song.
