Kerry Katona has received widespread praise from her fans after she shared a 'vulnerable' exercise video online to promote body positivity without the use of social media filters
Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona championed body positivity on Friday as she shared a workout video of herself in nothing but her underwear to champion seeing real bodies without filters.
Kerry then went on to explain that she had been following the Francis Diet and part of the accompanying fitness plan meant that the star needed to workout, however in an accidental mix up, she had forgotten to take her gym kit with her to her mums. Despite her success, the workout wasn’t without some drawbacks, as Kerry bravely revealed that exposing herself like that had been an “extremely vulnerable” experience.
