Kerry Katona has given her fans the inside scoop on her latest weight loss journey, while admitting it feels 'amazing' to be transforming her body in a healthier way
Former Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona has proudly opened up about her recent weight loss journey after she dropped more than half a stone in the space of just one week.
By keeping it real, Kerry hoped to show regular men and women the process that went into crafting her new figure, in the hopes of inspiring them to be proud of their own bodies and not fixated on the typical Instagram physique. Initially introduced to the diet by close pal Carla Fishwick, who previously lost a whopping 6st and 9lbs in a year while following the same diet, Kerry revealed the truth about the meal plan as she kept herself accountable.
True to her word, Kerry even shared a glimpse of one of her workouts back in March, when she shared an unfiltered and raw display of her working out at home in her underwear.
