Kerry woman Yasmin is looking and feeling fantastic as she shared the unique weight loss programme that has helped her drop over five stone and avoid unhealthy foods
A Kerry woman has praised the weight loss programme that changed her life and helped her lose a whopping five stone.

I worked for a gym, but when I left the gym is when I started to notice the weight creeping on. I tried diets and I'd lose a bit but it would go back on, and I'd do it all again. But I had lost a good amount of weight and I was doing great, but then I got diagnosed with cancer. Because of the treatment, I put on about 25 pounds. I couldn't exercise or anything.
The Hypnoslim programme, which is available from the Weight Loss Clinic, is a six week programme comprising of different hypnotherapy sessions, designed to reprogram your mind to choose healthy foods. The idea is that the hypnotherapy will make you no longer want to overeat on unhealthy options, but will gradually make you crave healthier options.
