Minister Kevin ‘Boxer’ Moran has defended Government spending on controversial projects as he insisted that the Leinster House “bike shelter” be referred to by its proper title.
A project to build a new wall at the Hill of Tara, meanwhile, has cost €124,160 since 2014 and has not yet been completed. “You come in here today, and you establish an Elon Musk type ‘kill the system. Kill the people’. The very people are providing for this country. He continued: “When people come in here and talk about bike sheds, get it right – Bike shelters. That's what they are. Bike shelters.”
