TV chef Kevin Dundon has lost two suit sizes since starting rehearsals for Dancing With The Stars, feeling healthier and fitter than ever at 58. He says the demanding schedule is enjoyable and rewarding, despite its rigorous demands.
Kevin Dundon has revealed he has dropped two suit sizes since starting rehearsals for Dancing With The Stars and feels in much better shape.
He told RSVP Live: “I tried on a suit for next week and I’m down two sizes since I started, so that’s pretty good. But if you’re moving for six hours a day, seven days a week, you’re going to lose weight. Rehearsing for Dancing With The Stars is taking up a lot of Kevin’s time but noticing his improvement makes it worth it.
The Today Show cook said: “I’m hoping the public keeps me out of the dance-off, that is my target for this week. I’m a very positive person and have a positive mindset. Tonight will see the remaining nine couples dance to Eurovision classics. Kevin and pro partner Rebecca Scott will perform a Waltz to the 2017 winning song Amar Pelos Dois from Portugal’s Salvador Sobral.
