It's said that Chelsea only wants to loan Hall out initially, but the Magpies want him on a permanent deal.reports this could now have changed. With the European Championships next summer, the 25-year-old will want to be playing regular first-team football in order to keep himself sharp in the eventuality that Scotland qualifies.However, it would appear that a potential switch from The Emirates to St James' Park could be off the cards now that Newcastle have acted on their interest in Hall.
