Debbie shared that it’s preferable to completely avoid fast food restaurants, but people can indulge in a treat every now and again. “If we consume these foods regularly, they are going to lead to things like high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and obesity.”“If you’re going into these places and you can’t choose the salad and a bottle of water because that’s not always going to happen, I would personally pick the kid’s meal.“It’s not as high in carbs as going for the Big Mac meal, the Whoppers or going for the extra large.”“One a month, I would say. If you can stick to that, you’re not doing too bad.
