Singh, of Darnley, was back at the High Court in Glasgow today as he continued his attempts to get his driving licence returned - more than three years before the ban is due to expire. The judge told Singh:"I do not do this lightly. You need to be careful behind the wheel as you could be facing a very significant sentence.Lady Rae had asked for further information to be provided about Singh and his family circumstances prior to today.
Miss Connor told then how Singh's family ran a"successful" restaurant business and with both parents now of"ill health", he was in charge.
