The killer of Nairn banker Alistair Wilson may have hidden in a nearby bandstand watching the police activity before making his getaway.
Claire also said that during her inquiries she has uncovered information that one of the men involved in the murder was living in a bail hostel in Inverness at the time. She added: “I have been told one of the men involved was living in a bail hostel in Inverness. I also believe Alistair’s killer was interviewed early on in the inquiry and overlooked.”
